Information we collect
Account details (name, email, phone, company name), quotation inquiries, product information and files you upload to your workspace, and order and payment records.
How we use it
To prepare quotations, deliver the services you order, communicate with you about your projects, process payments and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data.
Uploaded product files
Photos and product data you upload are used only to prepare your images, listings and marketplace files. They may be processed by our production partner Fajur.ai under the same confidentiality terms. Final files are stored in your workspace for download.
Payments
Card payments are processed on Tap Payments' secure hosted page. We never see or store your full card number.
Retention and deletion
We keep project files while your account is active and as required by law. You can ask us to delete your account and files by contacting us.
Security
Access to your workspace requires sign-in, and files are stored in private, access-controlled storage. Never send marketplace passwords through ordinary forms.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data in line with Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law.
