Services and quotations
Every service is quoted individually. The quotation confirms the scope, deliverables and timeline. Work starts after you accept the quotation and payment is received where required.
Payment
Quoted orders can be paid by card (mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay) through Tap Payments, or as otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are in Saudi riyals.
Revisions
Each product project includes revision rounds as stated in your quotation. You request revisions from your workspace; they return to the same job as a new version. Changes outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
Approval and delivery
Once you approve a product, its final files become available to download from your workspace. Approved products are locked from further editing.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order before production starts for a full refund. After production has started, work completed up to the cancellation is charged in proportion to the agreed scope.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–14 business days depending on your bank. Delivered and approved work is not refundable.
Marketplaces
Seller registration, listing approval and timing are decided by each marketplace. We cannot guarantee approval or sales results.
Your content
You confirm you have the right to use the photos, brands and information you upload. You keep ownership of your content; final deliverables are licensed to you on full payment.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
